Digital Products (Courses & Sample Packs)

• License: When you purchase a sample pack, Lyallpur Studio grants you a royalty-free license to use the sounds in your own musical compositions. You may not, however, redistribute, resell, or sub-license the individual samples as standalone files.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of sample packs and online courses are final and non-refundable once the download link or access has been provided.

• Access: Course access is typically for the lifetime of the platform. We reserve the right to update or modify course content to maintain quality.

Music Production Services

• Scope of Work: Services (Mixing, Mastering, Full Production) will be performed based on the specific package or custom quote agreed upon at the start of the project.

• Revisions: Unless otherwise stated, each project includes 2 rounds of minor revisions. Major structural changes requested after work has begun may incur additional fees.

• Turnaround Time: Delivery dates are estimates. We strive to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by technical issues or delayed feedback from the client.

Ownership and Copyright

• Sample Packs: Lyallpur Studio retains ownership of the original sound recordings; you are granted a license to use them.

• Production Services: Upon full payment, the Copyright of the final composition/mastered file is transferred to the client, unless a royalty-sharing agreement (Work-for-Hire vs. Collaboration) is signed separately.

• Portfolio Right: Lyallpur Studio reserves the right to use a snippet of the completed work for promotional/portfolio purposes unless the client requests a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) beforehand.

Payments and Billing

• Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

• Service Deposits: For custom production services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon delivery of the final watermarked preview.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to “rip” or copy course videos for external distribution.

• Upload files containing viruses or malicious code to our studio portal.

Limitation of Liability

Lyallpur Studio is not responsible for any loss of data, profit, or hardware damage resulting from the use of our software products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
